The rumours that have been following a potential Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Canada move just got a little more real. New reports from alleged friends of the couple have been released. The family of three recently left all their royal duties to rest for almost a two-month-long vacation in Canada's west coast. However, according to sources, a more permanent cut from their duties, and a change of scenery, may also be in the cards for their future.

The Sun was the first to report the speculation of a potential move to Canada for a "significant portion" of 2020 and even announced that the royals may leave their titles behind for good.

However, Tom Bradby, a journalist friend of the couple, was interviewed on Good Morning Britain to sort through some of the rumours.

Bradby, an attendee of their wedding, revealed, “I think the truth is there is a lot going on, a lot going on within the royal family and, I don’t know, and I don’t think they know what their future is going to be and what their position is going to be."

Though it apparently wasn't a surprise to those who know the pair well that they'd be considering future options, Bradby doesn't like to push.

He still, however, revealed that Canada is a valid possibility,  "I think there’s a lot of talking to be done, there are a million possibilities, they could go to Canada.”

According to the Daily Mail, The Palace themselves has issued a response on the rumours but only to say, "they would not comment on 'speculation.'"

A cut of royal ties may be in the future for this portion of the crown, but for now, it's back to work for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

They left their $14 million rented beach house estate to get back into their duties on Tuesday, starting by visiting Canada House in London and meeting with High Commissioner Janice Charette.
