The Duchess of Sussex may not be in the U.K. alongside her husband Prince Harry as he performs his last duties as a senior royal, but she has been keeping herself busy. Instead of maintaining a low profile, she's been out and about. If this past week is any indication, Meghan Markle's Vancouver charity visits could be giving insight on what her potential Canadian work-life could entail.\nFollowing the Duke and Duchess' announcement on Instagram last week, Markle made a very brief visit back to the U.K. where she reportedly spent her time in meetings with the rest of the Royal Family.\nHowever, less than 24 hours later, the former actress was said to be back in B.C. where she had just spent Christmas with her husband and 8-month-old son Archie.\nUpon her arrival, according to US Weekly, a source reported she had been running errands and was spotted in the parking lot of a drugstore.\nWhile Markle seemed to have had a low-key weekend of doing errands, she has gotten right back into her work schedule following the Queen's official announcement that the Sussexes would be living in Canada part-time.\nShe spent January 14 at Vancouver's Downtown Eastside Women's Centre. She took the time to pose with workers and advocates of the charity, sitting down to discuss societal problems plaguing women in Vancouver communities.\nHowever, it was just reported that this wasn't the only charity Markle had taken the time to speak at.\nOn Wednesday, January 15, photos of her time at the Justice for Girls organization were released.\nAccording to their website the charity, "promotes social justice and an end to violence, poverty and racism in the lives of teenage girls who live in poverty."\nThe organization's Twitter page posted photos of the former Suits actress smiling widely among other women and in the midst of a conversation with one of the other charity members.\nAlong with the pictures they wrote, “Yesterday, The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle visited to discuss climate justice for girls and the rights of Indigenous peoples. Was great to talk about the importance of a holistic approach to social justice, and the power of young women’s leadership. #DuchessOfSussex.”\nYesterday, The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle visited to discuss climate justice for girls and the rights of Indigenous peoples. It looks like she has traded in her pantyhose and formal hats for a more relaxed look.\nShe has been seen wearing the Canadian brand Aritzia more than once, which was apparently her favourite store before becoming a royal.
