Meghan Markle's dad is not only famous for being the father of Meghan Markle, he's also famous for his scandals, candid interviews, and overall questionable judgment.

Most recently, Thomas Markle did an interview with The Sun and during which, he explained that he thoroughly believes that his daughter Meghan is absolutely miserable being a Royal.

At first, we were a bit shocked to hear this, but his reasoning kind of makes sense.

Thomas Markle talked about how he believes that "being a royal" has put too much pressure on his daughter, Meghan. Markle used to be known for her out-going character on Suits, is now "prim and proper" and doesn't exude her old personality at all.

Thomas believes that Meghan is terrified of the position she's accepted in the Royal Family. He says, "My thing about my daughter right now is that I think she is terrified. I see it in her eyes, I see it in her face and I see it in her smile."

He continued, "I've seen her smile for years. I know her smile. I don't like the one I'm seeing now." He stated, "This one isn't even a stage smile - this is a pained smile."

He concluded by saying that Meghan may be having a bad couple of days, but he's worried that she's under too much pressure in the Royal Family. He also talked about how Meghan's dress code sounds like something from the "1930's" and he doesn't understand why they have to "cover their knees?".

What Thomas Markle is saying kind of makes sense. Others online have noticed that Meghan's smile seems strained too. Before getting married, lots of Twitter users claimed that Meghan was robot-like and persona seemed "fake".

And finally...

Perhaps, Thomas is right when he says that Meghan is miserable being a Royal.
