The Mississauga born beauty launched the company in October 2018 after years of her own experience travelling and an inability to find both reasonably priced and high-quality luggage. And Shay Mitchell's travel brand BÉIS is doing incredibly well according to Forbes.\nForbes recently featured Mitchell in an interview highlighting her achievements with the company. According to Forbes, BÉIS has grown over 200% and has the potential to earn $20 million in revenue. Mitchell said she created BÉIS as a way to create affordable and accessible travel luggage, and honestly, the stuff is super cute.\nIn her YouTube video celebrating BÉIS's one year anniversary, Mitchell talked about how she brought the ideas for her luggage line to life and what inspired her to start it.\n"This brand has been on my mind for as long as I can remember," Mitchell said in the video. "I always dreamt of having my own luggage line. Walking through the airport with my own brand."\nIn her video, Mitchell mentioned that her sketches and ideas started from "cocktail napkin doodles" while she was on airplanes and in airports. What started out as an idea for luggage for herself turned into creating pieces that her customers would adore. She recently started a mini-series called "Almost Ready" where she shares the reality of pregnancy in a funny but also informative way. She started it three months ago and is due any day now.\nIn December 2018, Mitchell shared a video documenting the two-year journey it took to get her company launched.
