The Backstreet Boys Rocked Winnipeg Jets Jerseys & Talked About Exploring The City At Their Show Last Night
The boyband took on the MTS Bell Place last night.
Since the group formed back in 1993, people have been absolutely obsessed with the Backstreet Boys. They were teenage heartthrobs back in the day, and even now, as they reach their 40s, they still manage to make fans swoon and scream. As you may already know, the band is currently on tour, and they made sure to include plenty of Canadian dates. The Backstreet Boys Winnipeg concert last night was a massive success.
Yesterday, July 22, the boyband took on the Bell MTS Place in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Not a lot of artists as big as the Backstreet Boys stop in places like Winnipeg, so fans were seriously excited at this opportunity to see the group live in their hometown.
The initial plan for the evening was to perform at the Bell MTS Place and then head to 441 Main afterward for a rocking after-party with a couple of members of the group. Unfortunately for fans,, but I think we can all agree that the band made up for it with their awesome show.
Perhaps one of the highlights of the concert was at the end of the night when all five members of the band returned to the stage for an encore, repping Winnipeg Jets NHL jerseys. Everyone in the crowd was totally feeling the love that the group had for their city.
During the show, the group also made sure to tell fans all about their adventures in Winnipeg during their time off. The famous five said that they hit up Uptown Alley 204 for some arcade games, the Winnipeg Fringe Festival to see some local talent, and of course, King's Head Pub for a bite to eat!
If you're hoping to catch the Backstreet Boys while they're still in Canada, you've got a couple more chances! The boys will be having concerts and afterparties in Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver over the next week. You can purchase tickets for all events at this link.
