Probably some of the most exciting news to come out of Hollywood lately is the word of a potential Zoey 101 reboot. So many of us Millennials grew up watching the adventures of Zoey and her closest friends at Pacific Coast Academy, but when the show came to an unexpected ending, we all felt totally betrayed. Where is the cast of Zoey 101 in 2019? You might not recognize them.\nAlthough no one but Jamie Lynn Spears is officially in talks to star in the reboot, it's still fun to look back and see where the rest of the cast has ended up, 11 years later:\nJamie Lynn Spears // Zoey Brooks\nView this post on Instagram Thanks to @flattummyco shakes I'm getting back on track after the holidays💪🏻 They taste SO good and I'm already starting to see results! If y'all are looking for something to help kick you into shape for the new year go to the link in my bio 💗 #ad A post shared by Jamie Lynn Spears (@jamielynnspears) on Jan 15, 2019 at 4:57pm PST\nAs far as looks go, Jamie Lynn Spears really hasn't changed much. You probably know that the reason Zoey 101 ended was due to her unexpected pregnancy, but Spears is now a mother of two and happily married!\nPaul Butcher // Dustin Brooks\nView this post on Instagram - Breathing out, sinking in - 📸 @zoefortuna A post shared by Paul Butcher (@paulbutcher) on Sep 6, 2018 at 6:40pm PDT\nPaul Butcher played Dustin on the show, and at the time of filming he was still a kid, but he's now 25-years-old and has changed a LOT. He currently makes music and has appeared in several short films and TV series over the years.\nChristopher Massey // Michael Barret\nView this post on Instagram Thank you for all the birthday wishes 🙏🏽🙏🏽 only way is up from here 👑 #drippinjacket coming soon🚨🚨 A post shared by Chris Massey (@chrismasseytmb) on Jan 26, 2019 at 1:08pm PST\nIf you just saw a photo of Christopher Massey you may not be able to identify him as a former Zoey 101 star, but his Instagram page is basically dedicated to the show. His last acting gig was back in 2012 in the hit series Switched at Birth.\nErin Sanders // Quinn Pensky\nView this post on Instagram It’s hard being a creative person choosing to use that creativity as capital to try to make a sustainable life!!!! We finally are grasping this concept of sustainability when it comes to our home (Mother Earth, obvs). Finding a way to live that feels sUsTaInAbLe for us emotionally as humans is a whole different story. What earns us money isn’t necessarily what fulfills us the most. But we are grateful to be earning, and shouldn’t look a gift horse in the mouth (I mean this in earnest). And yet, we have to look for more, what lies deeper, and work that much harder to keep this living going and also feed our creativity. And feed it with the desire of it becoming our livelihood. Wow. The pressure!!!! I have been doing more or less this since I was very young and I will probably never get used to it. From those I’ve had the pleasure of talking about this very thing with, I think no one ever gets used to it. Maybe? Creatives, especially those of you who feel PRESSURE to make something excellent because you value how it will impact your future, how do you decide something is done? How do you sign off on it? How do you personally find other creatives to collaborate with? I would love to hear from all of you. This is not a ploy to get engagement on this post (!!!), you would really be doing me (and whoever digs into these comments) a service by sharing your heart and insight (even if you think it’s not universal and specific only to you, it is actually helpful. Humans are so similar even when we think we’re not). ~~~~~ Sending you love — and will try to post somewhat more semi-regularly, but I also want to only share when I *actually* want to, and since so much of Instagram feels very fake these days, I haven’t been wanting to feed it. 🍔🍟🥐🥖🥞🍝🥟🍱 A post shared by Erin Sanders (@erinzariah) on Jun 25, 2019 at 1:38pm PDT\nOn Zoey 101, Erin Sanders played the super nerdy Quinn Pensky, but in real life, she's anything but. According to her Instagram, she's now working as an artist, actress, writer, director, and meditation teacher. Her most recent film credits are Model Minority and Limelight.\nMatthew Underwood // Logan Reese\nView this post on Instagram Went on a hike to snap some new headshots yesterday. Here’s one of my faves. A post shared by Matthew Underwood (@mattunderwood) on Nov 2, 2018 at 6:34pm PDT\nYou may remember Matthew Underwood as the stereotypical rude boy from Zoey 101 - who could forget that smirk and curly hair? Since the show ended, the former star has pursued a career in filmmaking, and according to his latest IG post, he's eager to see Zoey 101 make a comeback.\nSean Flynn // Chase Matthews\nView this post on Instagram Gotta respect a good photo bomb. A post shared by Sean Rio Flynn (@rioflynn) on Jun 6, 2018 at 8:35pm PDT\nChase Matthews was definitely the nerdy boy next door on Zoey 101, and Sean Flynn isn't much different in real life. Of all the cast, he's perhaps the most lowkey on social media now, although he has appeared in some TV shows and movies here and there.\nVictoria Justice // Lola Martinez\nView this post on Instagram Wheels up, wine list open, let the adventures begin! Excited for the trip @turkishairlines & @modelistemagazine ✈️❤️ #turkishairlines #modelistemagazine #widenyourworld A post shared by Victoria Justice (@victoriajustice) on Jun 13, 2019 at 1:31pm PDT\nVictoria Justice is probably the most relevant of all the Zoey 101 actors with a whopping 17 million followers on Instagram. She went on to star in her own series, Victorious, and to this day she continues to act in both movies and TV shows.
