Miranda Kerr is, well, if you don't know who she is, you definitely don't keep up with celebrities. Miranda Kerr is a former Victoria's Secret model and is one of the most famous angels. Ever since leaving Victoria's Secret in 2012, she's done modelling with multiple famous brands.

Before she was famous, she studied health psychology and nutrition, which is definitely why her body is so amazing. Even though it's her job to look her best, that doesn't mean she doesn't enjoy it. 

The Australian model has revealed to Elle US before that her morning routine starts with a workout. She tries to do at least a half hour of yoga everyday, and credits pilates or strength training with weights to get her beautiful physique. She also says she workouts daily, and switches it up all the time.

Now, we all know that working out is just one part of getting your dream body. Miranda Kerr recently did a video with Harper's BAZAAR YouTube channel which documented what she eats in a day. Since she's a mom, a model, a business woman, and a wife, she needs to eat foods that are full of nutrients and that will give her energy. This is the rundown of what Miranda Kerr eats in a day: 

Breakfast: Before anything, she picks lemons off of her tree and makes hot lemon water (so fancy). She then makes a smoothie which consists of almond milk, papaya, spinach, blueberries, raspberries, almond butter and her own companies Kora Organics skin food supplement. She also makes her son, Flynn, the most adorable and healthy pancakes. 

Lunch: She reaches for salmon with crushed garlic, turmeric and fresh lemon. And as a side, she has a salad filled with arugula, sprouts, cucumber, cauliflower and avocado. Instead of using a store bought one, her homemade dressing consists of apple cider vinegar, olive oil and lemon. 

Dinner: She says for dinner that her favourite meal is her slow roast chicken, which actually cooks for 7 hours in the oven. She adds onion, turmeric, fresh lemon, garlic and rosemary to it to make it taste amazing. She has sweet potato mash with that as well as a salad filled with spinach, cabbage, parsley, cilantro, olives, halloumi cheese, sunflower seeds. pine nuts and celery. 

Okay, I know we have it in our heads that models don't eat, but Miranda Kerr definitely isn't one of them. All of her recipes are insanely healthy, leaving all of us with food envy.

Of course, this lifestyle wouldn't work for everyone, as each person needs different calories and nutrients for their body. However, the former Victoria's Secret model definitely does a good job at keeping it healthy without restricting herself. And her body definitely shows that this meal plan + her workout plan = insane abs which is what we all strive for, right?
