It's around that time of year again. As we prepare to bid our farewells to 2015, we start to think about our resolutions for the upcoming new year. A few psychotherapists (like this one and this one) are totally against making New Year's resolutions because they believe that all they do for you is set you up for failure. For the most part, I guess that's kind of true - surely, not many of us can safely say that we stay faithful to the goals we set for ourselves.
