A Serial Killer Is Dead After Accidentally Killing Himself In Prison From A Very Twisted Sex Act
A German serial killer convicted of murdering five women has died from electric shock as a result of a solo sex act.
A serial killer was found dead in his prison cell on Monday morning, after suffering from heart failure as a result of an extremely unusual solo sex act. The killer, 62-year-old Egidius Schiffer from Germany, was serving a life sentence for murdering five female hitchhikers.
Schiffer allegedly electrocuted himself to death by tying a cable from his bedside lamp to his genitals and plugging it into an electric socket. He also wound the cable around his nipples, and died as a result of the electric current flowing through his chest.
According to the New York Post, Schiffer's post-mortem report reveals that the death was likely an accident, not a suicide. Schiffer's lawyer claims that he wasn't suicidal. Clearly, he just a taste for dangerous fetishes.
Schiffer was convicted in 2008, 18 years after he killed his fifth victim, all of which were women between the ages of 15 and 31. His victims were hitchhikers in search of a ride home from a nightclub. Schiffer lured them into his car, then handcuffed and tied them up.
He eventually gave his DNA sample voluntarily, connecting him to the murders which had remained unsolved for almost two decades at that point. He even confessed to the crimes, admitting that he was "sadomasochistic and the thought of being locked up excited him," the Post reports.
Shiffer was in solitary confinement at the time of his death, where he'd been serving his sentence for the last 8 years.
Let us be the first to say what everyone's already thinking - we hardly think people are crying over this loss.
