If you thought this warm(ish) weather was an indication of the rest of November, you've got another thing coming. An Alberta snowstorm is on the horizons and it sounds like things are about to get hectic. \nOn Friday, November 6, Environment Canada issued several winter storm warnings, mostly in Southern Alberta.\nThe storm is predicted to start on Friday night and keep rolling into Sunday, finally tapering off on Sunday evening. \nEditor's Choice: Greta Thunberg Just Used Trump's Own Words Against Him & It's Breaking The Internet\n\n\n“\n\n\nTotal snowfall amounts will range from 30-40 cm, with locally higher amounts near 50 cm possible in the Pincher Creek region.\n\n\nEnvironment Canada\n\n\n\nThere is also mention of "blizzard-like conditions" on account of widespread winds. \nAs a result, travel advisories have been added to warn Albertans to avoid travelling if they are able. \n"Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations," it warns. \nPeople are even being told to make emergency plans and kits if they're going to hit the highway. \nIt's going to be cold, it's going to be ugly, it's going to be a Netflix weekend for Albertans.
