If you have ever wondered which cities have the highest amount of infidelity in Canada, you're about to get your answer – but it might not be what you expected. Ashley Madison, a dating site catered towards people looking to cheat or form a relationship outside of their partners, has released a new Canadian list with some interesting findings. Ashley Madison ranked the highest cheating cities in Canada and their results are pretty surprising.

The dating website recently released their "Infidelity Hotlist". It ranked Canadian cities based on how many people signed up for the dating website last summer, between June 2018 to September 2018, according to Guelph Today.

The biggest cities in Canada did not make the top 15 lists – such as Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal. Instead, the ranking list was filled with small Canadian towns.

“While most would assume that bigger cities probably produce more cheaters per capita, this data shows us what we were already aware of; cheaters are everywhere,” said Isabella Mise, Ashley Madison's director of communications, in a release, The Telegram reports.

“Seeing a city like Guelph that’s more well known for its agriculture than its nightlife, beat out places that are known as for their nightlife, like Montreal or Toronto, just reinforces that infidelity can be found in every facet of life, and no city big or small is immune to it. This year it’s Guelph, next year… who knows, it could be your hometown.”

Here is the full "Infidelity Hotlist" from Ashley Madison:
