This BC Dog Was Stranded Overnight In A Canyon & Got Saved In An Intense Rescue Mission
"Me thinks he was a little happy to see a human face."

A dog took an unfortunate tumble that got him caught inside a Trout Creek canyon Monday, June 29. The rapid creek made it so he couldn't get out on his own.
As a result, a pretty intense B.C. dog rescue operation took place the following day.

The poor fellow had been there overnight and calls to local Police urged the request for PENSAR to come to the rescue.
Penticton & District Search & Rescue
The Search and Rescue manager brought together a task force of GSAR, Rope, and Swiftwater experts to carry out the rescue mission.
The dog owner stood by as the team sent down a technician to fetch the dog.
Ultimately, the dog was harnessed and lifted back to the top, where he was reunited with his owner.
