It's similar to the Whopper burger that many Canadians have come to love, but the patty is made out of completely plant-based ingredients. It's marketed to taste exactly like the meat version of the already popular Whopper burger. Impossible Foods says that their Impossible Burger is made from mostly water and plant proteins with heme on their website. Impossible Foods first launched their Impossible burger in 2016, and they've been improving it with new recipes ever since. "We launched the Impossible Burger in 2016, but we didn’t stop there.
