Canada has just made the bold decision to completely shut the US out of an upcoming trade meeting. The two-day meeting will be hosted in Ottawa on October 24th. According to Carr, the group of countries ultimately has the same goal - they want to persuade Washington to the continued use of the WTO. This is an organization that has long been ridiculed by Trump.
