The tour kicks off with the first show in Vancouver, BC on August 28. This is a really fitting first stop for what is essentially Carly Rae Jepsen's homecoming tour, since the star is from Mission, BC, just over an hour away from Vancouver.
After a second show in Vancouver, she'll perform in Victoria, BC before heading east. The cross Canada tour will involve stops in Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Thunder Bay, Montreal, Hamilton, Toronto, Ottawa, Kitchener, and finally ending with a show in London, Ontario on September 19.
If you lost count, that's 13 shows in only 21 days, with a number of back to back shows along the way.
In response to the announcement of the lightning fast tour through Canada, fans are really excited to see Carly Rae Jepsen again, especially since she just dropped her new album called Dedication.
While 13 Canadian dates is more than some other artists typically perform up here it is still a really short tour, especially compared to Carly Rae Jepsen's US tour. There she will be spending over two months doing 30 different shows.
Pre-sale for these Canadian concerts begins tomorrow on Friday, May 24.
