The new Royal Alberta Museum has opened its doors to the public. Located in downtown Edmonton, the museum cost $375 million to build and almost three years of construction. The old Royal Alberta Museum was closed down for almost three years, and now they are back in a bigger and better space!

This new museum in Edmonton will officially be the largest museum in Western Canada! There will be 419,000 square feet of space to explore. The Royal Alberta Museum focuses on telling the story and history of Alberta and offers over two million uniquely Albertan stories

If you're hoping to visit this museum,  it's open from daily until 10 AM to 5 PM, and there are extended hours on Thursdays, from 10 AM to 8 PM. The museum is located at 9810 103A Ave NW in Edmonton, Alberta
