You read that headline correctly.  Environment Canada has warned that strong northeasterly winds will be passing through Nova Scotia tonight and tomorrow, causing temperatures to drops down to -15 or -20 C.  With high winds predicted for Friday, that means it could feel as cold as -30 C outside, so bundle up!

Haligonians are warned that high winds and low temperatures can significantly increase the risk of frost bite, so before you step out over the next couple days make sure you're well equipped for this Canadian weather!
