According to The Weather Network, temperatures in northern cities like Timmins and Iroquois Falls will dive to -5 C on Friday night. Toronto will get a taste of 3 C weather on Friday night, followed by a high of 11 C on Saturday. A cooldown is expected across the province, but weather experts say that warmer weather will return. "Temperatures will be a few degrees below seasonal for the first several days of October," says TWN meteorologist Dr. Doug Gillham. "However, a milder pattern should return during the second week of October." Areas of southern Ontario are expected to see snow, thunderstorms, and even waterspouts this weekend.
