An Ontario woman was jailed over the Easter weekend for apparently refusing to wear a mask and threatening to disturb local businesses.\nAccording to Guelph Police, a 49-year-old female was charged with mischief under $5,000 on Sunday after allegedly damaging a store that denied her service. \nEditor's Choice: Gas Prices Are Set To Drop All Across Ontario This Week\n\n"Guelph Police Service was called to a business on Silvercreek Parkway North," police stated. "A female customer had gone behind the counter and began throwing product around after she was denied service for not wearing a mask."\nOnce arrested, the suspect also reportedly told officers that she would return to the business and commit a similar offence if released.\nDue to this, officers transferred her to the police station where she spent a couple of days in jail. The suspect will appear in court on Tuesday.
