Another 6 Schools In Ottawa Just Confirmed COVID-19 Cases
Multiple Ottawa-area schools have now reported cases.
Even more schools are now reporting cases of COVID-19 in Ottawa. On Tuesday, September 15, an additional six local schools confirmed that at least one student had the illness.
This comes just one week afterin Ottawa reported cases of COVID-19, shortly after many students returned to class.
Both elementary and high schools continue to be affected.
Marius-Baribeau Catholic Elementary School, Montfort Catholic Elementary School, St. Leonard Elementary School and Monsignor Paul Baxter School are all reporting one new case.
Total Ottawa schools with confirmed COVID-19 cases
Gabrielle-Roy Elementary School has also confirmed two new cases, while Franco Ouest Catholic High School is reporting a second case.
Cases were previously reported at Laurier-Carrière catholic elementary school, Sainte Anne catholic elementary school and Saint François d'Assise catholic elementary school.
Roger-Saint-Denis catholic elementary school and De La Salle High School also announced at least one unwell student last week.
No outbreaks have been confirmed at this time.
