Ottawa police rushed to Preston Street near Somerset this Thursday morning after a fetus was found outside a barber shop in Little Italy. CTV Ottawa reported that sirens were heard at 4 a.m. by residents of the neighbourhood. Police are calling the fetus found in Ottawa a "suspicious" incident, but have not provided any more details. Thankfully, the baby survived. It is still unclear how the fetus was found this morning, or by whom. More to come on this story.
