Fans of music festivals have been left disappointed after many of Canada's biggest and busiest summer events have been cancelled. However, if you've got tickets for Ottawa's Escapade Music Festival — you're in luck! Event organizers have announced that the festival will not be cancelled, but postponed until September 2020.\nThe electronic music event was previously scheduled to take place in June. However, due to recently updated physical distancing laws in Quebec and Ottawa, this is no longer possible.\nInstead, electro-fans from Quebec and Ontario will meet in September. According to an update from organizers on April 20, the festival will now take place between September 5 and 6, and there will be some slight changes to programming.\nWhile the event was able to reschedule for the end of summer, there have been some changes to the lineup.\nThankfully, however, organizers confirmed that all four headliners will remain the same.\nPerhaps the biggest name in the Escapade headline lineup is Steve Aoki. Other headliners include Kaskade, Martin Garrix, The Chainsmokers and Illenium.\nAll of these artists have re-confirmed and will be performing at the festival in September.\nView this post on Instagram Here is your updated lineup for the new September 5-6, 2020 dates!
