A woman in Ottawa was surprised to find a note and a gift on the hood of her car after some shopping at Walmart. Someone had left a note and then some.
The note was an apology for what the woman quickly discovered was a parking lot hit and run.
Whether to make amends or simply to clear their conscience, the person who damaged her car also left behind a bag of chocolate for her to enjoy.
The damage was minimal, but still quite visible.
