Hundreds Of Cats Rescued From That Toronto Apartment Last Week Are Ready To Be Adopted
These rescue cats are now in need of forever homes!

Last Saturday, Toronto Cat Rescue and Toronto Animal Services removed hundreds of cats that were hoarded in a single Toronto apartment. As the second hoarding situation that Toronto Cat Rescue has responded to this month, the agency is now warning Torontonians that under the city's bylaws, there is indeed a to how many furry friends you can keep in your home.
According to the TO Animal Services, the cats will be available for pickup from Toronto Animal Services' three shelter locations, as well as some PetSmart locations. If you're interested in adopting one of these adorable kitties, visit one of the following shelters:

Toronto Animal Services North Shelter - located at 1300 Sheppard Avenue West, North York

Animal shelters are open seven days a week from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Free parking available.
If you're concerned about the current health statuses of the cats, no need to worry. TO Animal Services also indicated that the cats have been spayed and neutered. They have also been dewormed and checked for general health.
Toronto Cat Rescue previously explained that the best way to ensure you do not exceed the six cat limit is by ensuring that all cats areCats can be prolific breeders, so spaying and neutering are essential in order to prevent pet overpopulation within your home.
