The Well is an upcoming Toronto development taking over the spot of the former Globe & Mail building. The building will be a combined retail space with over 432,772 ft² and will be located at King and Spadina.
According to UrbanToronto, the lower level of the galleria will be a Market Hall with 89 food stalls, including "fresh produce, various food stands, high-end cookware retailers, and a culinary school."
The building has not yet been approved by the city, so it looks like we'll have to wait a little longer.
