Apparently, colouring books are no longer just for kids. Crystal Salamon is an artist from Alberta who used her doodling savvy to create her own series of adult colouring books. Surprisingly, the adult colouring book business is actually booming worldwide - Salamon sold over 2,000 copies of her first book, "Awakening: Artful Colouring" within the first two weeks of its release in September. The initial reception was massive, with high demand for the books coming from various countries in the Americas, Europe and Australia. On top of that, four adult colouring books made the top 10 Canadian best-sellers list this year.\nDoctors also say that colouring for adults is more than just a way to pass the time. They've claimed that colouring could help with anxiety and stress management. Some local businesses have even taken it a step further and started doodling programs.\nIn any case, we're not sure how we feel about this. What do you guys think?
