Fast food lovers, rejoice! The time has come for Chick-fil-A to launch its second Toronto location. The Chick-fil-A Yorkdale Mall branch is finally opening up on Tuesday, Jan. 7 after its first store had arrived back in September.\nThe Yorkdale location will be ready to serve guests this coming Tuesday, January 7, from 10 a.m.\nThe second store is part of the commitment that the chain has made to open 15 locations in the next five years here in Ontario.\nAs with its company-wide policy, the store will be closed on Sundays.\nYou should expect to see the same range of Chick-fil-A staples and new Canadian menu additions as are on offer at the inaugural location at Bloor and Yonge.\nBack in November, Chick-fil-A already had job postings up for the second location even before any official word was out as to when it was going to open.\nThe statement says more than 70 "local part-time and full-time" team members have been hired as staff.\nThe grand opening of the first restaurant saw both anger and enthusiasm. While some customers camped out all night to be the first in line, strong protests were also held outside.\nView this post on Instagram It’s happening, Toronto!
