Toronto's Nuit Blanche Is Hosting A Dumpling Night Market This Year, Here's Everything You Need To Know
Toronto's nightlong art festival Nuit Blanche has just unveiled their all-new international dumpling event.
Nuit Blanche - Toronto's famous annual free public art festival - is just around the corner, and is gearing up to take over the city's downtown core next month.
This year, in addition to free art, there will also be delicious food. The festival has added an international dumpling tasting market to their list of attractions.
Here’s where you’ll find it and everything you need to know about it.
@aaronhandajaniTucked between the Eaton Centre and Old City hall is James St., which is where you’ll be able to find the International Dumpling Festival during Nuit Blanche.
The market will feature dumplings from all over the world, including plenty of countries you never even knew made dumplings at all. Among the stand will be vendors from Tibet, Nigeria, Finland, Ecuador, Poland,
There will even be one vendor selling dumplings from Jamaica.
The whole thing is being hosted by artist Ken Lum, who is currently a professor at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
@sofies.worldUnfortunately, unlike the rest of the festival, the dumplings will not be free. So, you will need to bring your wallet if you’re hoping to stuff your face before or after taking in some of the free nightlong attractions.
Exact prices for the food have not been announced as of yet and will likely vary by vendor.
