It also mentioned ICUs across the province are "well above" the threshold for operating properly. \n"The government's reopening framework is threatening people's lives, the collapse of the province's health system and the closing of schools," their press release said.\nIn an email to Narcity, a representative for Ontario's Ministry of Health said returning to the coloured zones is not a reopening or return to normal.\n"It remains critical for all Ontarians to continue to follow public health measures/advice," they wrote.
