Toronto Police won't be the only force equipped with police body cameras. Peel Police just announced they would adopt the policy, as well. Crombie said at Friday's meeting: "We’re going to face a lot of scrutiny, so we have to be as transparent as possible." The move comes only a few days after Toronto Police Services made the decision to equip their officers with the technology starting next week. Chief Anthony Odoardi did not give a timeline on when the force will roll out the cameras. Via The Toronto Star
