Yesterday news broke that a home in Kitchener, Ontario had suddenly exploded around 9:00 AM. The explosion killed one person, identified as 58-year old Edresilda Haan, and critically injured one other, Edresilda's husband Udo Haan.\nThe neighbourhood roads and lawns of other homes were covered in debris from the explosion, including drywall and items from the home. This work will allow investigators more access to the property to fully understand what the cause of the explosion was.\nThe investigation into the explosion at a Sprucedale Crescent residence in Kitchener is being treated as a homicide investigation.
