Weather man Hannah here to give you the low down on the storm we got hit with last night. Many places in Southern Ontario (including Toronto) were issued with tornado/thunderstorm warnings late last evening.

The GO Trains experienced a crap ton of flooding, causing cancellations for all Richmond Hill travellers. City News reports that "there was some rising water at York Street and Lake Shore Boulevard West, as well some flooding at the Simcoe underpass south of Front Street." Some unfortunate folks even experienced flooding in their homes.

Many people on Twitter commemorated this summertime fiasco with the hashtag #onstorm, as a means to share pictures and news with one another. Now that the storm has calmed down, for the most part, we've decided to compile these pictures to give you an idea of the damage.
