The 'It' House Has Reappeared Near Toronto For The Filming Of Chapter 2
It's baaack — the iconic mansion from the horror film 'It' has reappeared near Toronto for the filming of 'Largo,' the sequel to the Stephen King classic.
Film producers have set up shop at the site of a creepy haunted house in Oshawa, Ont., just an hour away from Toronto. Third Act Productions Inc., the company working on 'Largo,' began filming on Drew Street, James Street and Eulalie Avenue earlier this month.

The company has been given the green light to film in the area through Sept. 17 by the Oshawa council. Film-related activities including set construction, road closures and local traffic restrictions will occur between July and September in the city.
A noise exemption was also passed in June, which allows crews to film beyond 11 p.m. for two nights in August. Third Act Productions Inc. is required to inform residents living 200-metres away from the flim site about potential noise, as well as give them an on-site supervisor's number in case there are questions or concerns.
'Largo' filming will take place in two other locations as well, including Pinewood Studios in Toronto and Port Hope, the latter of which will double as the fictional town of Derry. Several residents lined up at a job fair in June hoping to be cast as extras.

'Largo' will continue the story 27 years after the events of the first film. The Losers Club will therefore be all grown-up, with the young counterparts featured in flashback scenes.
Jessica Chastain is rumoured to take on the role of adult Beverly, whil Chadwick Boseman ('Black Panther'), Christian Bale, Jake Gyllenhaal, Chris Pratt and Joseph Gordon Levitt will possibly take on the adult versions of Mike, Bill, Eddie, Ben and Stan, respectively.
Of course, Bill Skarsgard will reprise his role of Pennywise, the dancing clown.
