She also alleged that Giscombe later assaulted her in an alleyway during June of 2015 nearby College Street and Lansdowne Avenue. The third assault happened when she was 16 years old.

Giscombe is being charged with three counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual interference. He will be appearing in court on September 25 at Old City Hall Court in Toronto.
