Calling all Potterheads — you can live out their deepest Harry Potter fantasies this weekend at the Rockton Festival of Witchcraft and Wizardry, a two-day celebration dedicated to J.K. Rowling's famous boy wizard and his magical universe.\nLocated just an hour and a half away from Toronto, the town of Rockton, Ont. will transform into the Wizarding World and gather muggles, witches and wizards from across the province. The purpose of the festival is not only to put on a great event for Harry Potter fans, but also to raise money and awareness for a variety of charitable organizations.\nWhile the festival is not associated with J.K. Rowling or Warner Bros. Entertainment, it will feature a line-up of exciting activities and events inspired directly from the Harry Potter series that is sure to bring out your inner geek. Guests can expect to indulge in:\nMagical-themed scavenger hunts,\nHarry Potter vendors and shopping.\nDining in the Great Hall,\nQuidditch matches and lessons.\nMinistry of Magic offices,\nStreet performances and music,\nCostume contests and escape rooms,\nCrafts, storytime and puppet shows,\nWizard duels, Wizard chess, and much more.\nThe Rockton Festival of Witchcraft and Wizardry will take place in the town's Rockton Fairgrounds on Aug. 4 and 5, from 8 am to 8 pm on both days.
