Chotto Matte, a popular Japanese-Peruvian restaurant in London and Miami will be opening its first ever location in Canada. The new restaurant is scheduled to open in late May 2019 within Brookfield Place in Toronto.

The massive new restaurant will be over 10,000 sq. ft and will seat a total capacity of 425 people! Chotto Matte restaurants are known for their eye-catching interiors that blend modern and traditional design, according to Thrillist the Florida location is the most visually stunning new restaurant in Miami.

The food promises to be outstanding, as the Toronto Executive Chef of the Chotto Matte is Jordan Sclare who has worked alongside superstar chefs like Gordon Ramsay!

The menu will focus on offering fashionable bento boxes that use complex flavours and quality ingredients, along with their signature cocktails like a yuzu martini. For those curious to sample a variety of dishes there will be a lunch tasting menu ($30+) and a dinner tasting menu ($90+).
