Now, this is something you don't see every day. A horrible discovery was made in the early hours of the night and now Toronto Police are looking for the perpetrators of the heinous crime. A corpse was discovered on March 2 outside a North York hospital in Toronto. The male victim was pronounced dead at the scene. According to the Toronto police report, officers were on patrol at around 2:27 a.m. on Monday morning in the area of Woodward Avenue at Uphill Avenue in North York. There, they stumbled across a man on a snowbank just outside Humber River Hospital without any vital signs and suffering from what looked like gunshot wounds. In footage from a nearby surveillance camera obtained by CP24, a dark-coloured car can be seen pulling over near Humber River Hospital’s campus. Two suspects exit the car and leave what appears to be a human body on the sidewalk. The two then jump back into the car and drive away. Timestamps from the footage suggest that police came across the body around 15 minutes after it had been dumped, per Global News. Mike McGinn said, per CP24. “We are going to be canvassing but if you do have video, please contact the homicide squad.” The victim has not been identified but police say that he is believed to be in his mid-20s, via CTV News. Arnel Dimabuy, a neighbour in the area told Global he was awake late working at home when police knocked on his door asking to see his surveillance footage. Dimabuy insists he did not hear any gunshots, but he did reveal it's not the first time police have asked him for his CCTV footage. At the moment, the investigation is ongoing and officers are asking the public or anyone who may have info or who was in the area at the time to contact police.
