Toronto is always under construction and considering the rapid expansion, cranes are not an unusual sight for many people living in the city. With more and more buildings being torn down for new building projects, construction is part of everyday life for Torontonians.

When construction sites are left unsupervised some wild stories happen. Everyone in Canada can remember the Toronto crane girl from 2017 and it looks like those events may have inspired another bold pair to go for a climb.

Toronto police found two teenagers climbing a crane sitting on top of a high rise condo building by Yonge St. and Eglinton Avenue. The boys were caught on camera climbing up to the operating area and seen daringly walking across the arm of the crane.

The crane is part of a new condo development that is currently building on Redpath Avenue.

The officers were called to the scene after receiving phone calls at around 9:00 pm on Saturday night. The teenagers, who are 15 and 16 years old, were charged with public mischief for their dangerous adventure.

While it definitely takes guts to climb a crane, we can't help but question why they thought this would be a good idea in the first place. After all, the Toronto crane girl was also charged with public mischief last year.
