If anything has the potential to make you lose faith in humanity more than you have already, it's this video of a person clipping their toenails on the subway. Watching someone clip their toenails in any setting is pretty gross. But, on the subway? It will be seared into your memory for eternity. It will haunt you as you lay awake in bed at night. Until now, you may have thought that the world was a kind and friendly place. But, no longer. Behold, the person you only thought existed in your worst nightmares:\n@ttceenembedded via\nThe video, which was originally posted by Toronto-based Instagram account @ttceen, surfaced on Monday and has been reshared by multiple others since. It has gotten some comments - all of which are not in support of this person using a TTC subway seat as a pedicure chair.\nTragically, this isn't the first time that a person has clipped their nails on the subway. Last year, people were absolutely outraged by a video of a man giving his cuticles a trim on his subway commute. But, it pales in comparison to this recent video. At least the guy had his shoes and socks on.\nThe last few months have been rough for TTC riders, to say the least. And now that we're paying more, can something please be done to prevent commuters from getting hit in the eye by a wayward toenail? It's the least we deserve.
