Waterloo Police responded to note they are actively investigating the incident.\nAlthough each incident is being investigated separately, investigators are trying to assess if all of them are related. In some cases, the suspect was described as a six-foot-tall white man aged between 20 and 30 with a thin-to-medium build. Other incidents do not have a suspect description.
