Earlier this month, Family Feud Canada announced that they were on the hunt for energetic Canadian families to be on the famous game show. Naturally, we're all very excited. We all grew up with the popular game show and it’s provided endless wholesome, wacky laughs over the years. Well, the time has come to get your family in front of the camera. You can audition for Family Feud Canada this weekend in Vancouver. You better round-up that fam’ and get your application together.

In order to get on the show, you need to apply online first. Accepted applicants will be invited to the exclusive in-person auditions which are taking place August 24 and 25, 2019.

To audition for Family Feud Canada, you need to have at least five family members who have permanent Canadian residency. The nuclear family model has never failed us harder.

If you’ve got five willing family members, you need to prepare a 3 to 5 minute video to showcase all that loveable personality your family has to offer. If you’ve seen the show, you know exactly the type of energetic, funny, silly people they’re after.

If your Vancouver family wows the Family Feud selection team, you’ll be invited to audition in person in the city. Auditions will be set up like mock games against other families.

In-person auditions will be taking place on August 24 and 25 in Vancouver. If you aren't from Vancouver, you still have a chance to apply, as auditions will be held throughout the rest of the nation from now until mid-October.

If you've lived your entire life in a weird family, it might finally pay off. Let's show the people what they came to see! Get your videos together, submit those applications, and cross your fingers for an invite to the in-person auditions.

We hope to see your wacky family on TV soon. Click here to apply.

There are stories everywhere. If you spot a newsworthy event in your city, send us a message, photo, or video @NarcityCanada on Twitter and Instagram.
