The bin is large, blue, and it has wheels — it's just the kind that you'd find shared by an entire apartment building.
Locals and property managers who have noticed a bin that's gone missing recently are asked to contact the VPD Major Crimes unit.
"Investigators have determined that it is a homicide," said Visintin, and they're still in the early stages.
They said that they were still looking into details about the remains regarding identifying factors like age, gender, or a potential cause of death.
This is the 15th homicide in the city in 2020.
