It's pretty rare to find a house in Vancouver that's both livable and under $1 million. We won't get into the joke that is the cost of Vancouver real estate, but we will say that it's no surprise that people want to live and buy homes here so badly. These are not likely to stay on the market for too long so if you have just under $1 million to spend, then get those wallets out.\nCute Two-Bedroom Cottage Style Home\nPrice: $948,800\nWhy You Need It: This is a two-bedroom single-family home in Vancouver.
