Bust out the tissues, a video of the Toronto Raptors was just shared and showcases some of the families reuniting. 

In the video, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson and Fred VanVleet can be seen sharing an emotional reunion with their children and it's a tearjerker.

The Raptors have been separated from their families and friends for over a month due to the NBA's strict COVID-19 regulations. 

The joyful moment is one much needed for player's who suffered a hard defeat at the hands of the Boston Celtics on Sunday.

VanVleet's longtime girlfriend, Shontai Neal, had previously shared a clip of the reunion on her Instagram.
