It’s about to get better, though.
Starting later this month and continuing on select Sundays moving forward from January 2020, the lounge will be teaming up with Topteir Bakery to provide an enchanting high tea service.
Each high tea will have a different theme, three of which have already been announced.
The first service, on Jan. 19, will feature a winter wonderland theme. That will be followed by galentines high tea and Valentine’s high tea. As you might have guessed, both of those are slated for February.
Wonderland Kingston is around three hours from Toronto a little over two hours from Ottawa, making it the perfect long day trip destination for those who want to sip tea among the mad people.
Of course, you can visit the lounge anytime to enjoy their extensive board game collection, escape rooms, and regular menu items.
Keep in mind, though, that the escape rooms come at an extra cost. There will also be a small cover charge of $5 if you plan on playing board games.
High tea, on the other hand, is a ticketed event. Tickets are available now on the Wonderland Kingston website.
Each high tea service will cost $45 and will be served three times throughout the day at 11 a.m., 1:15 p.m., and 3 p.m.
