Fall is [arguably] the best season of the year. Although Calgary doesn't get much of it, we try to enjoy it as much as we can before the snow kicks in and we all are forced to go into hiding. But you can't do fall in YYC without a little pumpkin picking, haunted houses and most importantly, hiking.

While hiking is often viewed as a summer activity, it's also a great way to step up your cardio game in the fall. Not too hot, not [always] too cold and you'll get to enjoy the most surreal and colourful views. (That is until it snows. Still surreal, maybe not as colourful.) However, your legs will want to fall off regardless of the season. Here's a list of 11 hikes that'll definitely make a man out of you.
