Spend some time with friends over a soothing cup of tea.

A cup of tea can feel like this coziest thing in the world (unless you don't like tea--then skip this and carry on to the next point).  And if caffeine bothers you, there's a lot of herbal/decaf options out there. You can head out with friends if you'd like as well. Sometimes being around people you love in a comfy atmosphere is the perfect cure for stress.

Drive out of the city to Elk Island National Park .

Elk Island National Park provides a gorgeous and peaceful atmosphere to get away from the stresses of the city. It's a great place to see wildlife and offers a lot of stunning views (especially near Astotin Lake). The perfect mini get-away!
