This Spring Ottawa will be hosting a massive poutine festival that you need to visit! From April 25 - 29, 2019, you'll be able to indulge in the ultimate Canadian dish of cheese curds, gravy, and french fries. At Poutinefest you'll have four days to try a variety of delicious poutines which include everything from the classic version to exotic flavour combinations. In previous years some of the unique poutine flavours sold included lobster bacon poutine, duck poutine, pogo poutine, and pad thai poutine.
