This spring in Ottawa there will be a massive, mouth-watering poutine festival where you can devour this delicious dish.\nOttawa Poutine Fest is returning this year and will be at Ottawa City Hall from May 2-5, 2019. At the huge festival, there will be over 100 different types of poutine to try, including some that are gluten-free and vegetarian.
