In the early 1840s, the Fulton brothers immigrated to Canada and took care of 400 acres of mixed forest that included thousands of sugar maple trees in Cedar Hill. As generations passed the Fulton's decided to bottle and sell their syrup in Ottawa's ByWard Market where they gained popularity. It didn't take long before the Fulton's began sending their syrup across all of Canada. @rochcourcyembedded via @mararayemunroembedded via The Sugar Bush includes a 120-seat Pancake House Restaurant that serves fresh pancakes with their own organic Fulton's maple syrup. So many amazing breakfast meals are served some include fluffy pancakes, gluten free waffles, vegetarian maple baked beans, sausages, bacon, and maple desserts!
